Return & Refund Policy
To qualify for our return policy, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to get full refund in store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether or not your refund request has been approved.
Once approved, your refund of in-store credit will be processed and a gift card or a discount code will be issued to you within 2-3 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace your item if you need to exchange it for a different item.

To return or exchange your item, please send it to: Tajer Building, Office #203, Clemenceau Street, Beirut, Lebanon, 01-377365 on Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 5pm.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
